The idea of Hubert Jerzy Wagner's Foundation was made in 2003 by the group of people with Mr. Jerzy Mróz at the helm before the 1st Wagner's Memorial.

The Foundation was found next year and its main goal is popularization of volleyball among the youngest people, especially from Warmia and Mazury Region, by organizing tournaments, helping the coaches or donating small volleyball clubs.

The biggest event organized by Hubert Jerzy Wagner's Foundation is the senior volleyball Wagner's Memorial, dedicated to the most brilliant Polish volleyball coach - Hubert Jerzy Wagner (deceased in 2002).
